Information we collect
We may collect your name, email address, telephone or WhatsApp number, travel dates, destinations, passenger numbers, luggage details, service preferences and any other information you choose to include in an enquiry. Do not send passport copies, payment-card details or other unnecessary sensitive information with the first enquiry.
How we use it
We use this information to review your request, ask relevant questions, check suitable local arrangements, prepare a proposal, coordinate a confirmed service and respond to related support needs. We do not sell personal information or use enquiry details to build unrelated marketing lists.
Sharing with service partners
When necessary to assess or fulfil a request, relevant itinerary details may be shared with an appropriate local operator or service provider. We share only the information reasonably needed to check availability, prepare the requested service or coordinate a confirmed journey. Information is not sent automatically to a vehicle supplier when the form is submitted.
