What this site does
Botswana Rental Cars is an enquiry and coordination experience. It does not display assumed live stock, invented prices or instant-booking promises.
Your dates, passengers, luggage, pickup, drop-off and intended route are reviewed before a vehicle configuration is proposed. The exact model—or an approved equivalent—availability, equipment, price and terms are then confirmed in writing.

Dates, travellers, route, luggage and sleeping requirements establish the brief.
A human reviews the requested vehicle class and any camping, border or driver requirements.
The selected rental or transport provider and the contracting relationship are disclosed with the proposal.
Vehicle, availability, price, equipment, cover, excess and route conditions are supplied before commitment.
Clear responsibilities
The written proposal identifies the selected supplier and which party provides the rental or transport service. Supplier-specific terms prevail for the vehicle, permitted use, insurance, assistance and recovery.
